THE BUST
1. Loop the measuring tape around your back, just under your shoulder blades to measure around the fullest part of your bust.
2. Keep the measuring tape parallel to the ground, ensuring it is close, but not too tight, to find a comfortable and snug position.
THE UNDERBUST
1. With a measuring tape, measure below your bust, directly below your bikini top.
2. Ensure the tape is parallel to the floor i.e at the same level on your back, sides and front.

THE HIPS
1. Stand up straight with your legs together and locate the widest part of your hips
2. Wrap the measuring tape around your hips, over your bottom, make sure the tape is snug but not too tight
THE WAIST
1. Measure where you bend side to side. Usually about 1” above your belly button.
